Summary
Sometimes the one you want is the one you least suspect....
Accountant Samantha Ennis craves order and structure. As the bookkeeper at the boutique advertising agency she owns with her three best friends, it's her job to apply logic to the chaos. When one of those best friends, laid-back Hunter Blair, moves in to share her loft apartment, Sam's carefully organized world is thrown wildly askew.
Hunter Blair's been the coolest one in the room since elementary school. Until recently, her biggest worry in the world was which of the girls in her cell phone to call on a Saturday night. But it's not long before Samantha sparks a fire in Hunter that has her questioning her old habits and longing for new ones. Isn't it a bad idea to fall for one of your best friends? Samantha and Hunter are about to find out.

Super characters and romance
This follows from the first "Kiss the Girl", with characters overlapping from the first. But the romance focuses on two different main characters from the first, Sam and Hunter.
Its very well written, with some very interesting people throughout the novel, From Hunter's father, to the old man in the retirement home.
Melissa Brayden brings all her quirky charm to the story and weaves a great story.
The Narrator Felicity Munroe brings a lot of different voices to the novel, and is great breaking out the charm of Sam from the pages.

Has everything!
Just finished this book for the second time, as I'm listening to the whole soho loft series again. This book (series) will make you laugh out loud (HARD!!) and cry among others things;) just loved the story and will surely listen to it again.....and again probably. Can't wait for the new work (strawberry summer). And now I'll start with number 3 in the serie AGAIN:)

Enjoyed!
I must say I enjoyed this the second book in the series more than the first. A bit more action and faster paced. Was sad it ended.

A yawn
Reads rather like this Authors other books with just a variant of names, which are always annoyingly irritating as if normal names are some kind of taboo! different setting same old story

Another good book about the Soho Savvy Girls
I was introduced to Melissa Brayden by a friend in a book club I belong to, so I started out first with Brooklyn's and Jessica's story and followed up with this story about Hunter and Samantha.
I wasn't disappointed. Melissa's writing style is fun, vibrant and so engaging. In this format with the readers excellent commentary the whole story and characters really come alive . Hunter in particular with her breathy sexy voice is just a hoy to listen to Its absolutely perfect for a long train journey and one I'll come back to again and again. Fantastic book, well performed, definitely one to recommend and treasure !!!

amazing
I really loved this book, by chance it was the first I read in the series. The tension and spice is fantastic, I only which it was even more. I love the characters however they do all speak very similarly, eg "you know this" is used a lot lol
But it definitely didn't stop me from listening to Ready Or Not straight after! very adorable characters and bonds
