Eye opening

Well researched. Cut a path through the jungle of diet and weight loss misinformation. Clearly and we'll write. But this book. I have already completed one fast and plan on fasting twice a week from now on while working out 2 to 3 times a week.

This is an essential guide

This is an essential guide for those who want to practice fasting. The author has responded to my doubts about why I cannot lose weight ... now I got the pic to success and a reference to continue. It explained the approach of eating is a lifestyle and not a fad diet. It backed up the eating lifestyle with scientific data to support all claims.

Finally, a flexible diet plan that works!

My fasting plan is to eat a normal breakfast on my fast day, and nothing else that contains calories until lunch of the next day. I feel great in the mornings after my fast days and really enjoy my coffee without feeling at all hungry for anything else.

Great book,

Great book, I have been considering fasting intermittently. You have really taken the time to go over research and debunk many myths out there. I have learned a lot and will be working on intermittent fasting. I will start with 16 hours and work my way to a 24 hour fast. I definitely need my coffee and will work on hydrating, thank you.

I have really enjoyed the book.

It focuses on the approach of their dietary habits that afford them long, healthy lives. While there are no photos of prepared meals, it is written for the imagination to picture recipes from appetizers to desserts that are practical in ingredients, easy to read, affordable and very tasty. Each recipe has nutritional information making it easier if you're counting calories, carbs, fat grams or whatever. The book has earned a favorite spot in my everyday kitchen. Well, I like it! Thanks!

Life Changing way of thinking about food

This book has changed my life and how I think about food. Learning to eat when hungry not when bored was instrumental in me losing 45 pounds and keeping it off. Knowing it's ok to put aside society's norms and focus on me was a big game changer. I'll be forever grateful that I found Brad and the Eat Stop Eat way of losing and maintaining my weight.

This has worked for me, and one-day fasting is not hard (you fast half a day every night!). Every client and every question are backed up by citations of studies done by third parties.
