A Wonderful Book

Self-love. We should all love ourselves. after all, if we don't love ourselves, how can people love us. This book goes into all the reasons why we should love ourselves and although we should recognize the past, we mustn't live in it. There are so many life lessons in this book. It's well narrated and full of wisdom to get our self-esteem back.

There are some great takeouts from this audiobook!

There is a lot to learn in this book! Self-respect and self-love, exercising, eating right, keeping a journal, and working on your inner thoughts are all ways to build self-respect.

If you want to become more self-aware and work on yourself, this book is for you.

I appreciated the author's distinction between the voice in your head and the voice in your head. I thought this was very interesting and jumped out as a critical takeaway for me.

As a coach, I will be adding it to my must-listen for clients.

I learned some interesting strategies for dealing with self-help, however the narration could have been improved and made clearer.

A great listen!

This was an interesting book, it is guide to help oneself to be more positive and there is beautiful in life. Everything doesn't have to be a burden, just live the life you have. And make yourself first than anyone else, its self-love after all

A great resource for self-healing. Stay strong!

It is interesting to note that there are quite a few interesting stories and information in this book about healing and not giving up on life. There is no way to overstate the importance of self-healing. To me, it is something I highly recommend.

Fantastic reading

Well this book offers the lot! How to build self respect, how to love yourself, ways to improve yourself, to exercise, eat right, keep a journal, work on your inner thoughts. If you want to do something today to become more self aware and work on yourself this book is highly recommended.

Change begins with Inner work

Great read, provides a whole new perspective on how and why we think and make certain decisions in life and sheds light on how many of these decisions are based on environmental influences and false expectations. This book has helped me understand why I felt this way and provides some great theory and steps on how to re-ignite your ambition and fulfil your potential! Highly recommended if you want to be more than average
