lots of info
The classic information is what you'd await: approaches to tame social media and other electric distractions, and so on. That's not new but it's valid and is repeated in the context of the research presented in the first part of the book, presenting it a fresh aspect.

The book that's worth the time and money.
This how to focus guide is a nice little surprise. It's a struggle to stay on task or get to the finish line of your dreams and ambitions and it may cause you pain in the process, I recommend you spend some money and time to gain the insight Anthony provides.

Well done!
I’m a huge procrastinator and I do want to change. This is allowing me to change slowly. Unlike some books I’ve seen where authors pressure you to do this, to do that, and etc. This how to focus guide proves its worth and purpose. Well done!

Great listen!
If you want just ONE guide for memory techniques to cover all your bases, this is a great one. It goes enough into depth into each technique to use and understand them all, but if you want to REALLY go into these techniques, this is a good place to start, and then continue onto more thorough books. This is a general guide that presents many techniques and gives an overview of them, and for someone just starting out with memory techniques, this is a great listen!

Well described!
It is one of the few memory books I have purchased and return to as a reference. I would recommend it highly to anyone willing to put some effort into mastering techniques for remembering information. It provides a great foundation which can also help you evaluate other memory resources on the internet.
