why on earth would anyone use these inflections. the narrator has rendered the material unlistenable, i couldn't go more than 15 minutes. laughable really.

Absolutely terribly narrated
I can't even begin to focus on the book as it sounds like a half human and half robot is reading it. it's actually bizzare to see how this has been accepted. I gave up in chapter 2, can't listen anymore.

This book is for the basic understanding
This book is for the basic understanding of the human thought process and why we perform the actions we do. Very insightful. I found the technique of funneling to be particularly interesting. I can't wait to use this at work. Highly recommend this book.

This audio is interesting and very informative.
I have listened to it several times. The first time it impressed me with the variety of topics, the next few times I understood the concepts and learned of arguments it covers.

Learning how other people behave will give you
Learning how other people behave will give you a chance to understand them more and you will also gain ideas on what approach you'll use which will best suite them. I use this technique in my work interviewing people for work and to undercover secret thinking and behaviors. Works like a charm every time.
