This first audiobook in the Called into Life by the Light series, How Jesus Christ Leads Us to the Kingdom of Heaven begins with pondering the many inspirational Bible verses in both the Old and New Testaments on life and light. We will see how life and light in the Bible are really tied together (lifelight), with The Light, Jesus Christ, being the guide and the sustainer in life's journey of Spiritual Growth in Christian Living. Union with The Light in the heavenly Jerusalem, the Kingdom of Heaven is the ultimate fulfillment, the goal of every human life.

As Cardinal Newman wrote in "Lead, Kindly Light": "Keep Thou my feet! I do not ask to see The distant scene; one step enough for me."

As Baptism Bible verses attest, relying on divine mercy, we take our first steps into the holiness which leads to inner peace. Our inner light begins to match the will of God. We take a number of other steps like living the way of the beatitudes, being pure of heart, being peacemakers, and loving God and neighbor - all of which give evidence of a real faith in Christ Jesus. We are moving closer to the Kingdom of Heaven.

Finally when we have drawn our last breath and climbed the stairway to heaven, Jesus Christ is waiting. We pass through the pearly gates and see him face to face. We know fully how Jesus Christ leads us to the kingdom of heaven, the goal of our Faith Journey of Spiritual Growth in Christian Living.

I have created this audiobook because I want to help others answer the knock of Jesus Christ at the door of their hearts, inviting him to lead them as they set out on their own faith journeys to the Kingdom of Heaven.
