The book is good for basics. It is only suitable to people who are completely new to a managerial role.

Very Detailed Information But Easy Listen
What made the experience of listening to Harvard Business Review Manager's Handbook the most enjoyable?
The topics discussed were detailed and lengthy but they were very easy to grasp and an easy listen. I learned a great deal from this book and have already practiced some of the techniques taught.

the monotone voice.
the reader, is terrible. just can't make it through chapter 4, tried 6 times. Content is great HBR, the boring voice makes subject, even desire less.

Good overview of management techniques
This book presents an overview of applied management techniques, covering the whole stack of the profession.

Great book and perfect audio for leaders!
Excellent audio on this book. This title is for those who aspire to be leaders and it contained a lot of great leadership information. Being a supervisor is one thing, but not all supervisors are leaders. This book is for those who care to lead, care about who the are leading and do it for the greater good of the company or organization.
