Summary
Cougar-shifter Jackson Sperry rescues Hannah from the ocean, and she has no memory of how she ended up floating in the Pacific. She also doesn't remember who she is or how she came to be pregnant. He's drawn to her and determined to protect her as they unravel the mystery of her past. It isn't long before he's ready to claim her as his mate and raise her son as his own - but without knowing the details of her past, the future remains uncertain, and he fears someone is still hunting Hannah and her baby.

Guardian Cougar is the second book in the Finding Fatherhood and is a complete standalone. Guardian Cougar starts with Jackson rescuing a pregnant woman in the ocean with no memory of who she is or how she got pregnant (well, she knows the logistics but not who the father is). They quickly figure out that she's Hannah and their relationship moves quick from there as she stays with Jackson. Guardian Cougar is fast-paced with a ton of questions that Hannah quickly realizes she doesn't want to know the answers to. Guardian Cougar isn't too graphic in either the steamy scenes or about Hannah's past missing year. I enjoyed the story's climax and Hannah's plot about how to explain what happened. It was a fun scene that made it better. Guardian Cougar is a cute story in a fun series.
I received this audiobook for free. This is my honest and voluntary review.

Jackson and Hannah
Jackson and Hannah gave me a little bit more to hang on to than the first book of this series. It still was not enough to make me feel real good with one of my most favorite types of quickie listens.
John provided an little bit better of male boxing than the prior narrator but there was still something missing for the feeling and emotional side of things. It just felt like a reading.

Fantastic shifter story!
I definitely enjoyed listening to this audiobook! It’s a sweet romance with a mystery attached. I would definitely love to have a longer story.
The narrator does a fabulous job with the characters and voices of each character which makes it easy to distinguish between the characters.

Interesting story!
I liked this story about the cougar shifter and finding fatherhood. He was loving and ready to embrace the baby and mother in his life. The mother had many problems to work through especially emotional pain because of her previous relationship and forgotten memories. I liked the strong woman that emerged.

Narrator and recording quality wreck the story.
I couldn't find this anywhere in text format and I really wanted to read it because of the amnesia element. But it was so hard to stick to because of the "my neighbour trying to be nice and read to me" performance by the narrator, and by the recording quality, which sounds like it was done in a closet and too close to the microphone so you can hear his dry mouth sounds. I mean, ti was really distracting so I had to concentrate really hard to hear the story itself. I eventually sped it up to bizzlion speed to make it through.
Quit after chapter 3 because the story felt immature, unpolished... something.
