Summary
Lord of the Underworld, Hades, has decided to leave his home and relocate to earth - my hometown of Chicago, to be exact.
This shouldn't have been a problem, except for the fact that cocky Hades is smexy-hot. I don't know if I want to punch him in the face or jump his bones. In some of my dreams, I'm doing both at the same time.
This is problematic because I've trained my whole life to eliminate monsters sent by the Gods to destroy humans...and for centuries, my family has done everything in its power to stop them. But now I'm the last in my bloodline and a new threat stalks the streets.
Death. And he's leaving bodies in his wake.
Since Hades refuses to regain power over the beast, I'm left to clean up the mess.
But it turns out I won't have to do it alone. More gods come crashing into my life...and into my heart...warriors who are determined to claim me. Apollo, with his bright, intense love; Poseidon, the sea god, whose cool touch calms my inner darkness; then the brooding war god, Ares, with his fire and passion. And lastly, there's still Hades, who fills my dreams with lust and desire. And he has no intention of sharing me.
Except I don't have time to play with the gods; I have a monster to catch. If I fail, I may lose not only my humanity, but also the gods I've grown to love.
This complete paranormal romance series offers scorching-hot, addictive stories that will leave you breathless and begging for you more!
These full-length novels are mythology-based fantasy romances that feature a monster-slaying heroine and her hot Greek gods. Be prepared for heart-thumping fights, steamy love, magic, prophecies, mythical creatures, fantasy, paranormal and mythology legends, and a hell of a lot of Hades!

Awful and boring
The whole purpose of this book is hot sex with ‘gods’. Every other plot line is weak, insufficient and rather boring. The key to the problem with X was given early in the first book by the witches and the bloody idiots couldn’t even wrap it up in this box set. I suppose there is another book coming (Hades is Mine??) but if it can’t be wrapped up in three books I have little hope for its sequel(s). Plus the whole idea of a box set was to have a complete story in one place, whilst I don’t mind splitting sets there should have been some indication that this was the case. It was a little confusing when book three ended without resolution. There is just one opponent and four gods and their badass paramour can’t defeat them. This isn’t some epic quest with numerous challenges, it’s one evil dude and the key to defeat him was provided early on.
The use of American colloquialism and idioms was distracting and unimaginative. These are supposed to be centuries old Greek gods and they talk like a bunch of high schoolers. Also, I don’t generally mind swearing but the F-word is used so frequently it becomes evident that the author is incapable of expressing frustration, arousal, anger, boredom, excitement, depression or disgust in any other way.
Lastly, the voice of Persephone should not have been done by another reader, it was poorly done and was only distracting.
All I can say is that I’m glad it’s over.

I can't finish it.
I've been listening to this book on and off for about 2 weeks and I'm really struggling to finish it. I don't know what it is but I can't get into the story at all. It has serious potential as some parts are amazingly done but as a whole, it's just ok.

Gods and Monsters
What could be better than to get the whole series all in one place. Elyse really struggles with the desire that she feels for so many gods, especially when she is supposed to defeat them. There is definitely a struggle and family drama between all of these but it is great seeing how everything wraps up in the end. I enjoyed listening to this series with both the writing and so many great narrators.

Fantastic, addictive, I need book 4!
These books were amazing, I couldn't stop once I started this boxset (20 hrs - I did in 33 hrs!), I was hopelessly addicted. I loved Elise's determination to keep her promise to her father, despite longing for a different life and losing herself. Hearing Apollo, Poseidon & Aries' stories was fantastic, but Hades was quite a jerk - talk about disfunctional families! Persephony had just as much to complain about, I thought she and Elise were going to get together for a girls night out - wouldn't that be a great twist, they could cheer Katina up! I had a lot of fun listening to this, a few anger issues (Hades!) and tears, and an amazing cast of narrators to bring it all to life! And I guess despite Hades being a jerk, I need to know his story too, sigh, I really can't wait for the nest book!

Awesome!
This is a fantastic boxset, three wonderfully written audiobooks in one. I absolutely loved it! The premise is brilliant and utterly engaging, composed of Greek mythology, light vs. dark. I loved how Mila Young characterized the ancient God, allowing for the readers/listers to connect with them. The romance element is amazingly done, very tasteful, passionate, and sensual.
Incredible narration. All the performances were outstanding, they literally brought the characters and the entire story to life. I thoroughly enjoyed this audiobook, and recommend it to those who enjoy fantasy/paranormal romance.

She is just a cum dump
No real story, just an excuse for the author to vent their sexual frustrations. Boring

Good story, let down by bad narrators
The story is great, nice to have something different but I do feel for the author here as she has been massively let down by the narration.
The main narrator drastically overacts which is most exhausting, the Hades narrator regularly reads lines that are not his, but rather than cut them, whoever put this recording together has played one on top of the other causing much confusion. Persephone comes in at a far greater volume than everyone else, which when listening through headphones is really not fun.
Had I not been enjoying the story I would have returned this in a heartbeat.

good story weird audio
very hot and heavy enjoyed the story. had like 10 narrators and some were just horrible. they could have stuck with the main girl and they guy who voiced hades and would have been perfect. the other girl was so badly recorded and oddly placed I hated it. she only has a few lines so lucky it didnt destroyed the whole story.

Greek Gods of Wow
Apollo
Elyse has the blood of Zeus and as a Lowe she’s got a job to protect the humans and with this comes the fact that she has a few additional lives. But that’s just the tip of the iceberg along comes this hot guy on bike yummy instant attraction. For some reason or another Elyse is drawn to the man who is Apollo. But to add an awesome twist to the plot along comes Hades as he needs a break from the underworld after everything with Peresophone has fallen apart. He sees Elyse and she confronts him the next thing you know they are fighting and other activities. But Hades walks away. Hades also commits the biggest betrayal when he kills Elyse to save her from X want to know more well I’m not telling.
But the main part of this story isn’t really the Gods getting Elyse it’s her fighting X (Death). And what a fight that’s going to be. Apollo has to hide the fact that he’s fallen for a human otherwise Zeus will banish him back to Mount Olympus. All told an enjoyable listen/read that I would recommend to anyone.
Poseidon
Well things are getting interesting now Elyse has recovered from when Hades killed her and she back stronger. But X is also stronger after consuming more souls. Hades is still acting a dick running hot and cold around Elyse it’s all fight then well I’m sure your clever enough to say what happens next then he walks away. Poseidon takes Elyse on a chariot ride that helps calm her and yes he’s making progress on the heart front falling deeper and deeper for her. Ares has also come to help with the fight against X and as the God of War he’s looking for a fight but the other gods underestimate him and see him as a little childish. He tries to step in a fight Elyse’s fight which only annoys her. I will say that whilst I love the guys and their characters are well developed I get a little annoyed with Elyse when she’s down she’s down and even a little whiny but when that spit fire raises her head man is she awesome. I’m now well and truly invested in this series.
Ares
Well we’ve seen Elyse suffer some bad luck and fall down on her luck X is getting strong the guys are fighting by her side diligently but they aren’t make any difference they know that working together may be the way to go but it doesn’t help when technically Herecles isn’t supposed to help and Hades is running hot and cold all over the place. Elyse is also stronger as she’s had to use more of her lives. Apollo is missing from this book because Zeus has found out about him and Elyse and banished him back to Mount Olympus. The end is getting near the action is heating up and Elyse is showing that although she’s now with 3 gods they each have there own time. I’m so looking for to Hades book which is going to round out this amazing series.
Narrators this is one of the best narrated books I have listened to that has multiple POVs as each character gets their own narrator. And well Hades voice is hot. But that being said each narrator nails their character

Do not wait your money
I usually like this kind of story, but this box set is not worth your time or money. I really wish I could replace it with anything that had a plot or even characters that made since.
I had to force my way through the first book hoping that it would get better only to have another boring as sin book 2. I could not finish book 2 and never started book 3, do not waste a credit or any money

Worst narration.
Couldn’t get past the horrible narration. The first the narrators were enough for me to return the book. Didn’t listen to the rest of the story.

I'm sorry......
but this was just bad.... the writing is so repetitive. they repeat themselves so much I was rolling my eyes irl.. the voices are SO WEIRD!!! the chapters IN THE FINALE are not in the right order and it's completely missing chapter 18 in the 3rd book (I think the 3rd...)
I hate leaving bad reviews. I always feel bad... but I had to with this one...... don't waste your credit
(story could have been great!!! I'm sad it wasnt..)
