Probably my favourite book by Steven

I’ve read quite a few books by the author and this is probably my favourite.

It was great to listen to more of his inner dialogue and see how he applied the flow research into his own life.

Only buy this if you are looking for a ski blog

I was looking for some insight and data and the approach. This is 99% ski blog which I found boring, boastful and uninteresting. The last chapter tries to summarise the approach but frankly it was unconvincing and lacked science and convincing data. This is the first & last book I’ll be buying from Kotler. Deeply disappointed and feel duped.

Annoying

Mainly a collection of notes, and should have remained as such. Full of repetitions verbal and story wise. The quest for an age younger than the author’s real age often borders on pathetic. Sorry, but this felt like someting rushed together in a hurry, and a waste of time.
