Summary
The landline rings as Agneta is waving off her grandchildren. Just one word comes out of the receiver: 'Geiger'. For decades, Agneta has always known that this moment would come, but she is shaken. She knows what it means.

Boring, patronising, overbearing, and full of social commentary
The title says it all; I literally couldn’t stay awake listening to this. The story starts well with great pace and descends into a slow moving, navel gazing, social commentary. It’s excessive virtue signalling and unnecessary filler in what could be a good story.

Complicated thriller
Too many characters and a complicated plot with many threads make this hard to follow. I didn’t feel engaged with any of the characters.
