Very useful guide

Hypnosis is an interesting subject that I was completely unaware of. This audiobook informed me about what gastric band hypnosis is and how it works and its benefits. I had never heard of it and wish I had discovered it years ago. I hope this audiobook can help many more people as it helped me.

Impressive

Really an unusual technique, but super effective. I never thought that hypnosis could be so useful, that it could be so important. But I have to admit that it has been the best technique I have tried to lose weight. I am amazed with the benefits of using hypnosis in your weight loss process, it is really impressive.

Great resource

Truly an excellent audiobook. I was obsessed with junk food or very sweet food, eating even when I wasn't hungry, just because I was bored or anxious. The bad thing is that I couldn't control myself, but thanks to this purchase, all that has changed. Hypnosis is an excellent method, it helps a lot to stop these bad habits and food addictions.

The best audiobook I've ever bought

Many people buy audiobooks that they don't really need. Whereas I absolutely changed my life when I bought this audiobook. It's crazy how important it is to start setting goals and change your method of thinking and therefore lose the weight you want to lose. There are reasons why this method doesn't work for everyone and the author explains it and also gives tips on how to make it totally effective. I really liked it.

I loved it

I loved this audiobook because it put me on the right path to losing weight. At this point I was gaining too much weight lowering my self esteem significantly. However, this audiobook has lifted me up and I have completely stopped my bad habits, all thanks to the self-hypnosis, it is very useful and practical.

Amazing tool

I believe that changing the mindset is the most important thing to have a better and healthier life. Breaking the barriers that the mind puts in our way is the most important thing. Very recommendable to use hypnosis to leave the bad habits and replace them with new and better habits as well as to accustom your mind and body to healthy food. It's not that you lose weight with hypnosis but it's like a tool or support during your process and believe me, it's very helpful.
