A pleasurable listen
I am positively sure that you will love every moment of this book. It is simply a fantastic read with a kick of steam. It is nicely narrated too, so it was a pleasurable listen.
I am pleased that the series is available on Audible Plus so I can listen to them all.

Let me tell you..
The narrator’s voice was so soothing. I’m a mother of 3 children under 3 so I spend the evenings listening to an audiobook after they’ve gone to sleep. It’s my version of self care/relaxation. This lady had me sleeping in under two mins. I woke up in the morning and couldn’t believe it. Anyway I listened during the day and I thoroughly enjoyed this story. Give it a try.

Snooze fest
The main character is a depressing wet rag. The guy in the story should run for his life. Honestly shocked I even finished.

Loved it
5 star review Fearless (Rosewood Bay # 1) by Carly Phillips
Ms.Phillips is off to a flying start with her latest series; this book got and kept my attention from the start and I read it in one sitting.
Kane Harmon lives and works in Rosewood Bay running his garage business. He has no time for a committed relationship after being burnt before. When he takes his tow truck out to rescue a customer he is shocked to find the woman is Halley Ward, a woman he used to protect against school bullies in his youth. He had no idea that Halley was still in Rosewood Bay.
Halley is lives the life of a hermit, distant from her family, she lives a life of solitude near the beach. From the moment Kane sets eyes on her again, he is attracted to her and is determined to bring Halley back to life, for her to re connect with her family and with life itself.
Of course the only drawback to this plan is that Halley is not interested, or so she says. As Kane slowly chips away at the brick wall she has surrounded herself with, Halley becomes more and more intrigued with him and slowly opens up.
I fell hard and fast for Kane, he is so kind and caring and swoon worthy; honestly I challenge anyone not to fall for Kane.Halley has overcome so much and I really was cheering for her to get her happily ever after.
I look forward to reading the next book in thee series. Congratulations Ms.Phillips you have another winning series on your hands.

Whispered narration
loved the story, but the whispering with low volume made it problematic using ear buds

Cute story
The plot was good, some surprises thrown in there. Some things were predictable but it was a cute story. Great narration as well.

Snooze Fest 😴
Story was very boring. I skip over chapters and still caught on to the storyline. I like Carly Phillips but this isn't it.

Good but the constant head babble...
This was a decent story but there was so much negative head banter that I thought about not finishing it. I ended up sometimes skipping 2-3 minutes at a time through the repetitive negative full head dialog.
With that being said, I did enjoy the story and will listen to the next book in the series. If it has the negative head babble, I will know how much to skip without missing anything integral to the story.

Snooze
Super super slow and mild. Typical storyline. No real depth or character development. I hope the sisters story is better.

Such a Drag
Where to start....storyline was depressing, and bounced all over the place. Skipped ahead to much to follow along. The narrator was just as bad. Dry, monotone, and way to quiet. I could hardly finish. I have already deleted the other series that go with this book. Not wasting anymore time on this author or narrator.
