Love this

The audiobook, taking notes, and perhaps going over some of the portions again. Begin slowly and at a low level. Finally, you must desire to eat healthier, exercise more, and figure out why you do what you do. This, I believe, provides a level of weight loss that other regimens lack—the mind.

I recommend listening

In addition to the self-guided hypnosis presented in this audiobook, the author frequently advises us to seek more information online. There are supervised hypnosis sessions and other material available on the internet and on YouTube, so it's not only what you learn in this audiobook. I'm still working on perfecting my self-hypnosis. I recommend listening

Developed with an activity and encouraging words.

We say and think things to assist cement those imprints in our minds. It inspired me a little bit of the 'law of attraction,' but with a lot less woo. It even makes a reference to LoA! The foundation is in place: Affirmations, visualization In any case, I believe this audiobook is beneficial in learning about and practicing achieving that completely relaxed state of mind. If one can achieve a more peaceful condition, they will experience less anxiety and tension. And, in fact, overconsumption of any kind is frequently the result of this (stress, anxiety, feeling upset, etc) Exercises to assist produce an aroused energized state are on the other end of the spectrum from a deep calm state. I had never considered combining the emotion with an activity and encouraging words.

Hypnosis. Fascinating.

Hypnosis. Fascinating. I had never given it any thought as a means of losing weight. I recall seeing advertisement banners for a hypnosis program for weight reduction and smoking cessation on city streets a few decades back. I never looked into it (I've always been overweight) and had completely forgotten about it until I noticed this audiobookook as a review option. I'm interested and open-minded, so I decided to have a look. All of the material on "why hypnosis will work" is really interesting to me. It reminded me of a moment when I began to meditate as I listened through it. For maximum impact, we want to be in a completely relaxed condition.

This audiobook offers a lot of nice ideas

This audiobook offers a lot of nice ideas and is well-intentioned, but it's one of those cases when the information doesn't function just by reading it. Self-hypnosis works far better with external vocal supervision than with someone reading and repeating, therefore I found that section of the audiobook to be completely useless. The CBT elements were a little better in that they guided you through specific targeted modifications ("chew, hydrate") to help you improve your habits. There are a variety of activities that might help you increase your awareness and knowledge. This audiobook offers a consistent and therapeutic method of losing weight. The hypnosis angle, in particular, was poor and unsatisfactory.

This audiobook assisted me in reducing my stress

This audiobook assisted me in reducing my stress by teaching me how to use self-hypnosis as well as teaching me how to lose weight. The audiobook taught me that there are long-ago causes for my binge eating, as well as how to recognize and overcome those reasons. I am glad to have listened to this audiobook and hope that people can continue to benefit from this audiobook because weight loss is becoming a major issue these days. So I plan on recommending it for as many of my friends as I can in need of it.

Very effective in addressing underlying issues

I've noticed some unfavorable reviews, and it appears that none of the individuals who wrote them have really tried any of the steps the book teaches... How can you criticize a book if you haven't tried the steps the program teaches? Anyway, it's a pity since they would already be feeling much better if they had. I'm really thrilled to keep going on this adventure and reach my 15-pound weight loss goal by the end of the 12 weeks! I'm in my second week and love it. I've lost 4 pounds and my stress level has vanished. I regained my joy. Creating positive habits. Very effective in addressing underlying issues and changing your mindset to aid weight reduction.

It also includes a wealth of other materials. This audiobook comes highly recommended. This is an excellent resource for anybody trying to establish a healthy lifestyle regimen. Because you learn about your relationship with food and the deeper subconscious ideas that govern your behavior, this audiobook and weight reduction program are extremely effective. The author is an excellent and kind coach. I was able to lose weight and break bad behaviors. It aided me in developing healthy self-care routines. Thank you!!!

This audiobook takes a different approach to weight loss: being present while eating and making conscious decisions before and after meals. The fundamental things we do to improve our eating experiences (chewing deeply, drinking water) work better after a brief self-hypnosis session, which takes place before each meal. I also like that there are numerous ways to measure success (inches lost, pounds dropped, how I feel in my clothing, how much energy I have), which makes the program accessible to anyone with a variety of motivations and goals. It aids in the progression of weight loss by providing more assistance, creativity, and awareness. Before passing judgment, trust the process and genuinely commit to it.

Excellent one

This audio is an excellent introduction to the WHY and HOW of hypnosis for this topic. It does an excellent job of dissecting the fundamental behaviors, emotions, and beliefs that some individuals associate with their weight problems. The audiobook then explains how to write self-hypnosis scripts to modify these habits for good. This audiobook can help you achieve your weight-loss goals if you follow the steps and put in the effort. However, I strongly advise you to get the physical copy! I also purchased the Kindle edition and was unable to read (or, more importantly, monitor) the weekly worksheets for food diaries and other activities.
