Summary
Living in the light of eternity changes everything!
God gave Laurie A. Ditto a terrifying, firsthand vision of hell - an event she details in her book The Hell Conspiracy. But this vision was followed by an equally overwhelming experience - a tangible encounter with the glories of Heaven!
Through these 15 visions, Heaven will draw you deep into the heart of God to experience exhilarating glories!
Encountering Heaven is an invitation to see Heaven for yourself! Glimpse God’s Kingdom through Laurie’s descriptive and heart-stirring visual imagery combined with Bible-based truth.
Most people limit Heaven to harps, pearly gates, and golden streets. Discover the Heaven that is wildly possessive and always calling one higher into the depths of God.
You will:
- Cast off earthly restraints for heavenly equipping
- Function in your heavenly identity
- Walk in favor with immediate obedience to Jesus
- Fulfill your God-given purpose, every day
- Unveil the mystery of the “Bridal March”
- Believe for the impossible as you bring Heaven to earth
Dare to take the journey. Experience a new vision of Heaven that will change your life!

Nice story but
Lovely story but quite repetitive. I’m certain this lady is telling the truth and has a fantastic testimony however I could not get through the last 1/4 of the book because the narrator sounded like she was talking to a three year old the whole way through. It was so annoying that I wished I had died at one point too to escape it.

Please get another narrator
I WAS SO looking forward to listen to this book - but unfortunately I can't get used to the narrator - she would be perfect for children (1-4 years) books. It really is a loss... Can't recommend it - only reason - narrator

couldn't get past the first chapter
the narrator's voice grated on my last nerve :( she sounded very upbeat and chirpy when she said something about not wanting to live anymore. her constant sappy voice makes the book feel less credible and unrealistic. maybe I will try reading the actual book

intriguing and wonderful
it was a great book, the story kept me wanting to hear more, the next encounter and I tried to picture myself in those instances. God bless her for sharing her times with the Lord, with us. I look forward to my own encounter.

Couldn't Finish This One
To call this one fanciful, or just a dream, would be more truthful. I felt like the Spirit inside me balked with almost every word. Still I tried, but when I heard doctrinal belief stated as fact(s) about Heaven, in place of Biblical truth, I just couldn't finish. Because of this, I won't be listening to the author's account of Hell either. I won't go as far as saying that this book (and therefore probably the other account as well) is heretical, but I believe it comes very close. Also, the narration is very difficult to listen to... I had the feeling that she was trying too hard to sell what she is saying. The tone and quality of the voice grated on my ears (perhaps though the content may have colored my perception a bit). Sorry, but I cannot recommend this author's account(s).

Not Scriptural
If you care about truth and what the scriptures really say, know that this book ain’t it. At first I tried to keep an open mind and thought, okay, creative imagination. But then I realized St. Paul had a massive vision of Heaven as well and was not allowed to speak of it. So, why would this lady be allowed of God to do what Paul was denied? Like in the title, it’s not scriptural. God does not go against His Word. Also. salvation is not based on our works, which she seems to emphasize. I have wanted to read more about heaven lately when I came across her book via an interview with Sid Roth. A better book on the subject of heaven is “Heaven” by Randy Acorn.
