Good book

Tons of good advice that I can relate to. Well written, well narrated. It brought home the fact that hey I’m not the only one out there going through this crap. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone going through a divorce.

A thoughtful and insightful book

This has been very helpful in transitioning out of my last relationship. The author clearly knows what he is talking about which is reassuring. I will be implementing these steps moving forwards.

Great advice

this book is a great listen, I learned a lot from it and to think from a different prospective, I particularly enjoyed one of the last chapters of rebuilding your life. Great advice which I will also share with other family going through similar situations.

Great advice

This book is like a life-preserver to a drowning man. Divorce is so difficult, and the emotional trauma associated with it can scar us for a long time. The advice here in this book can help! If you don't know where to start with your divorce, this book can give you lots of answers.

Great advice for men going through a divorce

Divorce is one of the most painful experiences in life, as not only it involves the loss of someone you love, but also it brings with it many other painful and stressful situations which no one is prepared for relating to children, friends, home, finances, to name a few. It is too much to cope with. I bought this book for my brother and he found it really helpful. It also helped him gain so much comfort and extra confidence from seeing how it was not just him, that other men go through this. This book has been written by a man who went through a divorce and gives lots of good and sound practical advice for men, including the importance of handling emotions. Highly recommended!

Sound advice and guidance for difficult times.

Not an easy time to navigate through for any man, William Chapman offers words of wisdom and thoughtful advice to any fellow chap trying to come to terms with the unavoidable.

Honest and full of empathy despite the obvious pain he went through himself. This subject might be somewhat taboo to discuss in social circles, so a book full of support and practical advice on how to tackle divorce is, in my opinion, a necessity.

Definitely reach for it if you’re struggling or just need some clarity on some of the processes involved.

Excellent execution too, on the technical side, cannot fault it!

Great knowledge and the author really knows what he’s talking about because he’s talking from experience. My bestfriend has gone through a divorce recently, I had a listen to this and have asked him to have a listen too. Great narration by Charles Johnston
