Summary
Have you ever thought that maybe, your continuous need for food might not be "hungry", but a desire of your mind? And are you really sure, that you don't need to go into more detail, some aspects that tie you to the most frequent eating disorders?
Eating disorders are a much more frequent reality than you can imagine. Often we refuse to eat, unaware that there could be pitfalls hidden in a "boulder another morsel can not hurt me", or behind masked senses of modesty or shame, when we eat or see each other despising ourselves in the mirror. Eating disorders are a reality that is reflected in a society in which seeing and reflecting have become similar. Often, childhood traumas, teenage traumas, or simple problems can result in unhealthy behavior much more important than you might think.
You will learn:
- What eating disorders are
- What eating disorders come from
- What are the most common eating disorders
- How can we face them alone
- How we can best handle them
- And much more....
If you're thinking that maybe a book can't give you that something that you really need...before you get away from yourself, tell you that maybe you have a problem, in this book you can find ways or a really useful path and self-analysis!
