Breakdown of the Cold War

If the length timer didn't reveal it, then this book is fast-paced and dense. It lays out the tomoultous Cold War as overhead dates and situations being recalled. It feels almost like that app that summarizes a larger book.

Even though it is short it goes into the brief stories of people; parents that threw their child over the Berlin wall to be caught by western Germans with a net.
It is excellent if you have an exam coming up or if you need a reminder of how the beads of history are laid out and in what way.

Would recommend with the short timespan in mind.
