Terrible, robotic narration completely spoilt It!!
This is the 4th and last time I will use this service and spend credits on an audio book. Everyone I have purchased has been shockingly narrated. From strange accents to robotic Siri style failures. Extreme emphasis on certain words or finishing the last word at a higher pitch than necessary. I only got to Chapter 1 on this audio book and have utterly given up. A simple Google search reveals I am not alone. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I will be looking elsewhere.

The narrator drives me nuts!
I cannot comment on the book, the narrator‘s tone, up and down pitch and emphasis on words with no relevance to the text or subject matter make it impossible to focus on what is being said. It is like listening to someone reading out a block of text and randomly changing pitch and emphasis on words with no effort to deliver the content or context.

easy to understand
" written in a way that seems to be a hidden language to the lay person. This book is different, the author doesn’t use any fancy words, he uses language that is easy to follow and understand but also engages the reader so that they feel confident in what they are reading. This is a great book and one that I recommend to anyone who wants to understand more about their own issues or wants to help a friend or family member. There are different techniques to try as it’s not a one size fits all issue.

This book is splendid. I inclined such huge numbers of successful things from this book. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a standout amongst the best techniques to treating tension issue, however a great deal of assets you find are confounding and difficult to pursue. This book outlined the key focuses and conveyed it in a basic way. I preferred it. I got a free duplicate of this book by means of Book sprout and am deliberately leaving a survey. I was really astounded by perceiving what number of imperative recommendations accumulated in such a short book. Creator completed a phenomenal activity. I'll most likely prescribe this book to my loved ones. I really appreciate this book. Thanks to creator.

I’ve been reading a lot of self-help,self-love along with anxiety and depression this is by far the best and most beneficial one I have come a crossed!
