Meh!!
Got me through a couple phobias at hospitals, with one technique taken from this book. Chapters literally repeat the same chapters to you before moving on to the next chapter. Author waffles on to much about the development and history of CBD. Not much on how to use CBD to help yourself, if that's what you're after.

I have been using them concurrently. And I love it! I have tried to get help multiple times in the past and have been unsuccessful in those attempts. These books are amazing if you are like me and don’t necessarily appeal to the idea of sitting and spilling your life story to someone across a desk.

Terrible narrator
I wish I would’ve listened to the sample before purchasing. The narrator’s cadence made this very difficult to listen to. His pauses and inflection don’t seem appropriate placed making it challenging to comprehend.
