Brain training is the thing

Several things you can get out of this book:

The way your brain works
The way our memory works
The best ways to focus better

And some other related topics.

All in all, a great short listen to boost your knowledge about well... uhm... your knowledge.

Enjoyed this

So first a big fat disclaimer: I did receive a free book and was encouraged to write a review (not required). So I didn't lose any actual money to post this review or listen to the book. Now, you could say this makes me more biased, but I still enjoyed it, and I really think I would have bought it too at some point.

The brain training book handles various aspects of the human brain, and is, therefore, in my eyes, a valuable piece of information that I quite enjoyed. Thanks.

Nice

Despite of the author's understanding about the subject, the narrator was still the element I was most amazed with. This is what truly offered me on the book.
