Liked it
Good book. Great info. Brain training and differences between the sexes and how they think. All kinds of interesting subtopics, not all related to better learning, I guess, but many of them were, and it was a little different from what I was used to.

Oh, this is good
I was wondering if there were more books like this. I don't know about the cover. Mwah. It's okay. But the information is great. Perfect for a one hour book, if you ask me.
So dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin... that kind of stuff. Really important to learn more about. It doesn't just point out what it is either, but it also shows you have you can have more of it. "Make love to your partner." I guess I gotta find someone to marry. Anyway, great book. Very good. Recommended.

whoa
Only an hour, but still.. I learned so much. The different neurotransmitters were only a part of the book. It wasn't all about those. Still, I liked that there was more about learning faster, differences in brains, and to understand more about dopamine, serotonin, etc. I guess I need to do some of those things myself.

I could say a lot
But I won't. I don't want to spoil it for everyone. In fact, I'm not going to say a lot about it all other than the fact that there is nothing wrong with this book and that it's worth it to listen to. I like books like this. It's almost as if you're becoming smarter just by listening to them. But of course, that's not the case. Either way, my compliments to the author and narrator.

its ok
I wish the book was more specific on how to raise hormones levels, what specific food helps...etc...its more of a bunch of headlines than informative details.

Nice
So much to learn from this about dopamine, oxtyocin, etc. Apparently, lovemaking does a lot more than people think. But it's not just that. Useful tips. Great advice.

I actually liked the brevity
It is a short book and I listen at an accelerated speed (1.7 usually)
I was worried about getting my credit’s worth, on account that I already know a bit about the subject. I was happily surprised that the clarity was perfect for me to squeeze a little more out of my brain on each topic with the directness of the author’s words. I wish more authors didn’t treat writing like it’s pay per word, and more how many clear points are made! Since it’s short I’ll listen to it more times in the future. It’s definitely worth my time!

Short and to the point
Brain training was an excellent book to go through since it’s nice and short and gets to the point. Often times I noticed there’s a lot of fluff added in between each actual piece of knowledge worthy of remembering. it helped me with a solid understanding on the different hormones our brain has. He tells you some background each chapter and follows it up with a numbered list of action steps or tips on how to deal with it. I recommend going through the book with a note pad ready but that's just me. Thanks Adam Fondey

Really good
In my perspective, it was quite great. There may possibly have been a few barely noticeable errors in there, but they didn't trouble me. Anytime you are able to listen to a narrator who is that good, and about a topic that you're interested in, you don't care about the other parts. That's the end of the that.
