OK but basic info

I was hoping g to learn a tactic or two from this book for my newer blogs such as talkhayfever.com - I wanted to get ideas for promotion.

Although this book does talk to some of those ideas it's only basic info such as post on Facebook etc. I would have enjoyed to know more on further in-depth promotion idwas

This book has everything you needed to know in terms of blogging. It guides you to start in taking on this kind of field in business. You have to be really focused in doing this for this could be the only way that could help you somehow. Would definitely recommend this book!

great job

The author does a great job of explaining the different types of blogs and how to monetize them. There are some good strategies including promotion of affiliate links that will benefit both the beginner and the advanced blogger
