Summary
Biological Psychology begins by defining biopsychology and continues by explaining the development of the sperm cell. Gender and sexual identity are discussed along with cognitive psychology and the evolution and biological foundations of behavior.
The formation of a scientific psychology would occur during the 19th century prior to the official beginnings of the discipline of psychology. Drug abuse will be discussed from a biological view and finally the advantages and disadvantages of humans within biopsychology research.

Very Short
Overall it was only 45 minutes and didn’t cover much of any material for learning this subject

Good for review
I used this to help me study for the first few classes of an intro to Biopsychology class. It was very helpful *after* I'd already studied it in class; having seen diagrams and video was key to understanding what this was talking about.
The narrator was clear and moved at a pace that allowed me to digest the information. However, her inflection in places where new sentences/paragraphs/chapters started sometimes could be confused with the middle of a sentence.

This is more of a question to other reviewers
Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?
This isn't a review, I just would like to know how 624 pages of text got fitted to an unabridged recording that only lasts 48 minutes ?
