Talk about getting anxiety before falling asleep
Other meditation stories for adults start off rather quickly and don’t waste any time getting to the point, this took about five minutes of disclaimers an introduction to every single chapter and story not to mention the voice of the narrator was so robotic there was no way I could fall asleep to her. Try another book
