It’s a solid 3.5 out of 5 for me.

Many useful concepts which the author tries to relate to any topic, but in actuality are mostly only applicable to those studying full time and in a STEM subject, or at a push languages. The subtitle is quite misleading as there’s very little content to “promotions and smashing goals”. The audiobook version has terrible editing and sound. You can hear the narrator turning pages, he sounds like an AI at times with the editing splicing things together too quickly and cutting off the previous word. This happens especially at the end/beginning of the chapters. Not a deal breaker but a bit of a shame.
