Summary
Are you ready to break free? Are you ready to experience miracles? Are you ready to melt limitations? Virtually everything you do is a result of the unconscious mind causing you to act out of programming that you barely know exists. Without addressing your belief system, you risk allowing it to undermine all of your efforts. Yet you have more power and control over your unconscious mind than you ever suspected.
At Zero shows you how to easily overcome the problems in your programming by becoming part of the solution - by awakening.
Best-selling author Joe Vitale's previous book, Zero Limits explained how a once-secret Hawaiian method called Ho'oponopono could help people experience health, wealth, happiness, and more. At Zero starts where Zero Limits left off. It offers new stories, explains new processes, introduces new healers, and guides you to the fourth stage of awakening: Enlightenment itself.
This simple method of healing changes lives. Through a process called "cleaning" - and repeating the phrases "I love you", "I'm sorry", "Please forgive me", and "Thank you" - you'll delete programs and beliefs that you hold that you aren't even aware of, making your adventure through life easier. The more you clean, the closer you get to Zero, the state of magic, miracles, and no limitations.
Life will always present you with challenges. The practice of Ho'oponopono guides you through the journey of life with the tools you need to rid yourself of hindrances and open yourself up to infinite possibilities. Best-selling author Joe Vitale has revealed a world of wisdom that will guide you to that perfect state of Divinity - or Zero.

A brilliant explanation of how to use Ho'oponopono
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
If you've already come across Ho'opnonpono then this audiobook will tell you how to use it. I've been using the tools in this book and seen huge changes in my thinking and inner world, experienced an 'energetic' clearing out, and had some things fall away from my life, some I didn't want to go, but realised they had to go.
I love this work, it is empowering and liberating.
What did you like best about this story?
The details on how to practice Ho'oponopono
What does Joe Vitale bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?
His personality. He is cheeky, generous, driven and continually seeking out and sharing ways of improving ourselves and our lives. So what if he makes a truck load of money doing it, he's a clever man and understands how to use the Law of Attraction to create the life he wants by doing what he loves.

Rehash
I'm not sure what to make of Dr Vitale. His earlier work seemed to be more authentic whilst latterly it just seems to be repetitive and marketing tools for other work.

Can be read as standalone audiobook
This is the first Joe Vitale audiobook/book I have experienced so the first thing to say is that it can be heard as a stand-alone. I was interested in it because of Ho’oponopono and there are some helpful examples illustrating the application of the technique and a very helpful clearing prayer that can be used to cut unwanted cords or release fears. It was easy to listen to. The only point to be mindful of is that there are sections where the book seems to be the author’s way of expressing his own disappointments in others and other sections that seem self-promotional. If these things are going to trigger you, best not to go for this. However, it has some helpful messages and examples.

It’s ok
I have started to practise Ho’oponopono and did the course with Dr Hew Len and Dr. Joe Vitale. I personally feel that the books Zero limits and at Zero could be combined. Too much waffle. I have still not learnt how to use some of the phrases and techniques And was hoping to get this out of the books but nothing. Ho’oponopono as a technique is amazing and has worked wonders for me already. I agree with selling and making money and that is fine but not by constantly using sales techniques. I felt strung along hoping to learn more but it’s repetitive as well. Let’s see if this review gets torn down

Can’t recommend
A needless rehash of its predecessor. There are a couple of bright spots, but it feels inauthentic and a transparent money-spinner.

You NEED to listen to this book!!
Are u a fan of Zero Limits and the ancient healing science of Ho'oponopono? Are you a skeptic and dismiss the entire philosophy as pure BS? Well it doesn't matter which side you're on... you NEED to listen to this book!! It fills in the gaps and releases all the secrets to Ho'oponopono. Expect miracles! I have NO regrets getting this audio book. Have listened to it 4 times so far and will listen to it again! :D

Read Zero Limits and At Zero! Great books!
Where does At Zero rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
A must read for anyone who is looking to heal. I've read a lot of self development books - I was really impressed with Zero Limits and Joe's follow up At Zero, in fact I have already listened to them more than once - I may also buy the print versions of both books. If you are going through a hard time, a break up or any sort of grief, this book is very soothing. These books may take you to a place you haven't been in a while - seek and connect with inspiration and the divine that you are. Very pleasant experience.********Read the first book, Zero Limits by Joe Vitale first…..this is the follow up to the original book, both are worth listening to. I enjoyed listening to them by myself, before sleep!
What did you like best about this story?
New to me.
Have you listened to any of Joe Vitale’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
I enjoyed his voice.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Yes!

Appendix missing! Shame... I have bought the book.
I have bought the hardcover version. It is a bit heavy to carry with all my luggage and decided to buy the audiobook. It said unabridged in the description. As I completed the audio book, then I realised almost a third of the book as Appendix are not includef in the audiobook version. Shame on you, Mr. Joe Vitale... you should finish it, reading out all the rest of the text in the book.

I love Ho'oponopono!
Very helpful for the spiritual and temporal journey which are one and the same. I have come back to the book often to help me focus on living in the moment where the Divine/God is found.

Good sequel but a bit repetitive
I liked this sequel to his first book about Ho'oponopono. I thought it would be meatier with more cleaning techniques and more info that wasn't found in his first book so I was getting a bit bored with it but it was a good read nonetheless.

I feel at ease and synched, thanks to this audio!
Would you consider the audio edition of At Zero to be better than the print version?
Yes, although i have not read the book version, Joe Vitale does an excellent job in this audio version. I listen to it while I am driving or anytime I am doing something which does not require intense attention.
Any additional comments?
I would recommend this to people who want to live a hustle free life. Who wouldn't want that?

Profoundly Better than "Zero Limits"
If you could sum up At Zero in three words, what would they be?
Joe's personal crisis deepened his understanding of the importance being at ZERO!
Who was your favorite character and why?
Morrnah Simeona and Ihaleakala Hew Len : Both introduced the updated version of Ho'Oponopono to the world!
Have you listened to any of Joe Vitale’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
Yes, I listened to his Zero Limits. This audio book is profoundly better than Zero Limits. Joe's series of personal crisis tested his grasp and understanding of being at Zero. It just shows that Joe and Dr. Hew Len are human beings after all and are not insulated from the ups and downs of this world. This by itself strengthens the point for practicing Ho'Oponopono - of cleaning unceasingly - especially during times of hardship and crisis.
What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?
... less focus on our intentions (borne from our limited and sometimes erred perceptions) and to be more receptive and alert to whatever the Divine/God will give us
