Summary

Precious D.E. points. Staunch believers. One cantankerous beaver.

Artorian has seen better days. Chased by demons, hunted by the Red Inkquisition, on the run as a fugitive...and he’s spent barely any time in Eternia. Stuck as a tiny noodle dragon and formed into a crown to decorate the heads of Nobility, he is forced to rely on his friends instead of fixing the issues of the world himself.

Luckily for everyone else, the plucky grandfather does not know how to quit. If all Artorian can do is wiggle, then he will wiggle fiercely! By unearthing the secrets of the deity system, he’ll find what it takes to make the true tools of victory.

Other deities make mere weapons.... Artorian makes Artifacts!

You can leave your hat on.

The lead character spends half the story as a crown, this can't possibly work..... Can it?
Sure it can.
Travis' narration is great as always.
Roll on book nine.

Another quality instalment in the series

This is already a strong series and this latest one is a highly entertaining addition to it with much of the story being Artorian doing typically Artorian things, merrily finding ways to cause mayhem and breaking systems while at the same time doing good because of that. The slight smaller and somewhat more personal scope of this book also works really well with such a character too.

The performance of the narrator is another really good one, like all his works he enhances a book with his performance.

Overall, another quality outing for Artorian and this series.

Strongest entry yet

The references and the awesome shenegaigans makes this book one of IF NOT the best entry into the serie as of yet. Having great thorwbacks to the early AA and DD is Hella awesome and makes the story flow.
