Really bad

Really didn't enjoy this. The majority of the book is just explaining what anxiety is, repeating itself over and over again. You could get the same information in 10 minutes from a good website. The 'tips' at the end are nothing special. I gave up when I heard the tip 'just be happy'.

If you click the name of the reviewers on this book, the majority of them give 5* ratings to hundreds of the exact same 'obscure' books. Blatantly fake reviews, wish I had noticed this before I purchased.

By chapter 5 you're still listening to what anxiety is & the symptoms 🥴. Even after acknowledging extreme anxiety, that can last for weeks or months, & panic attacks, Chapters 15 - 17 finally addresses how to deal with these attacks. The suggestions are breathing, meditating, eating better, go to a spa, herbal remedies...🙄 Nothing that will stop or lesson one of these freight train attacks that takes over a person.

Never thought there would be a cure to my anxiety

This audiobook changed my life, much like everyone else who left a review. I struggle with health anxiety and basically, any physical manifestation of odd bodily symptoms sends me into an attack. It often left me with agoraphobia. This audiobook has given so much of my life back
