Excellent audible on anxiety with a meditation surprise at the end

Nice voice and easy to listen to. Jam packed with a lot of information around anxiety self help methods. Having suffering from anxiety there is a lot to think about and some good actions to take away. The guided meditation was really good. It had music attached and really does help you relax a nice surprise. A meditation book as a follow up would be a good idea.

It covered main reasons how anxiety forms and a practical self help guide to help reduce it and methods you can use every day to help you mentally.
