Summary
Are you scared that your anger is getting the better of you a little too often? Maybe you can even see it in your kid’s face when you try to discipline them.
When your child is yelling, screaming, not doing as they’re told, and running amok, what’s usually your first reaction?
It’s not easy to be a parent and still juggle your personal life, work, and other duties. Anger is a completely natural emotion, but in our frustration, we often end up yelling, screaming, and hitting our children to follow our commands. Despite that, they still refuse to listen, and it feels awful to rage at someone you love.
There is a way to deal with your child in a kind and constructive way and also being a role model for them—giving them a good example of how to handle challenging situations and work out conflicts.
In this audiobook I’ve put together for you a lot of practical advice, exercises, and psychological insights I wish I had known sooner, so you can start changing now the way you relate to your child or children.
You may be feeling trapped and a little hopeless, but I assure you that it is possible to calm yourself, get your child to hear and understand you, and to start building better family relationships.
Don’t be surprised if your children will be beyond just obedient, agreeable, and more importantly, warmhearted and happy after you have listened to this audiobook and used these strategies.
What are you waiting for? If you’re ready to end the cycle of conflict in your family and discover a better way to approach parenting, download this audiobook right now!

Not worth it
This felt like a rip off. The book is only 1 hour and 20 minutes long. Everything else is guided meditation. The concepts were good but I thought they were not discussed in depth enough. Also, her narration was quite robotic at times, which did put me off.
