Story
They say it happens when you least expect it. It did for me. It started the moment I saw the simple message pop up on my computer screen: Cameron’s Mac: Hi. And when I met the eyes of the gorgeous man messaging me from across the coffee shop, I never thought my reply would lead to the most intense, sexual, and passionate relationship of my life. We both agreed to check our bags at the door and put our future hopes and aspirations on the table. It worked. I fell in love with his no-holds-barred attitude, sexy smirk, and undeniably good heart...and for a while we forgot about our baggage.

My life has never been whole since my parents left forever. I have my brother, someone I can barely tolerate most of the time, and I have my best friend, Marie. And I have myself. Story
On the northeast side of town, there is a house. The house was once magical, filled with love and joy and plans for the future. Inside its walls are many things that belong to me - my books, the china from my mother on my wedding day, the beautiful cage once home to two birds, now empty, just like me. And a man. A man who also belongs to me. A man I no longer wish to keep. A man who, no doubt, has not slept, though the sun is rising. Because the house where he waits is where I laid my head to rest every night for eight years. Until last night.

The best way to get over someone is to get under someone else. And I have the perfect candidate all picked out. My new assistant is tempting beyond belief with her curvy body and take-no-shit attitude. All those luscious curves, and a juicy ass I’m already in love with. God, the things that I would do to that ass.... But it’s the haunted look in her eyes that speaks to me. Like she’s taken just as much shit in her past as I have - maybe more. An Unapologetic Love Story!
This is not your typical love story, boy meets girl, they fall in love, and live HEA. It's an unconventional love story that's totally unapologetic. In the beginning, you are following the H/h who meet, start dating, and actually fall in love; it's every girls fairly tale come true! You are so caught up in this fairly tale romance, the feelings they share, the steamy and sexy love scene, and the tender moments, you miss the subtle signs. Then BAM you are thrust into a totally different direction, and seeing the story unfold from different perspective. This other perspective will having you seeing red, and questioning the love the H/h feel for each other. But this story is not done with the reader, and takes yet another unexpected twist, that will leave you feeling raw.
This story has so many twists and turns! Some you will see coming, others you will not. However, when all is said and done, a relationship will start to blossom.
The narrator Meghan Kelly did a great job on the characters, and emotions.
I received this audiobook in exchange for an honest review, and enjoyed the story. There were lots of ups and downs with plenty of twist. It's definitely an unconventional love story, and I recommended for those who love stories that are not perfect.

As The Saying Goes…..
...There's always three sides to a story, HIS, HERS, and the REAL story!
An Unforgivable Love Story is unlike any I've listen too; I both LOVE IT and HATED IT! B.L. Berry cunningly creates an emotional story that's perfectly laid out. You see the train wreck, but you are helpless to look away, and just like a deer in the headlights, you're caught up in the maelstrom of emotions this story will evoke. I was unprepared for these characters journey, and left stunned and speechless.
You know you've read/listened to a well written story, when the author makes you feel the different emotions, and leaves you all twisted up inside. While this story starts the tale of two people meeting and falling in love, it will end with YOU in mind. I LOVE it, and this is why I'm giving the story FIVE STARS!
Meghan Kelly does an OUTSTANDING job narrating this story! I've listened to several audiobooks narrated by Meghan, and enjoyed each performance. When I see Meghan's the narrators, there's no question in my mind if the performance will be good, I know it will!
I received this audiobook in exchange for an honest review; however, this story is definitely worth a credit!

Not your typical HEA Romance story
Where does An Unforgivable Love Story rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
lower on the list, not one of my favorite stories but interesting for at least a one-time listen.
Any additional comments?
This audiobook was given by the author, narrator, or publisher at no cost in exchange for an unbiased review. The story ended up having a twist to it and became a story that I didn't enjoy with the 2nd female character annoying me with her attitude. I felt like I should feel sorry for her but then she drove me crazy and I wanted her to just shut up. The story took a long time to get to the HEA and then was over, so tons of angst and only a little happiness. I could relate to many aspect of the story from my own life experiences so it kept my interest, but it's not one I will re-listen to over and over. The narrator did a good job bringing the story and characters to life, but didn't make my list of my favorites to seek out other audiobooks to listen to by them.

The first Part of this story creates a beautiful picture. But you are just waiting for the other shoe to drop, because something feels off. This is an emotion rollercoaster that at the end I'm still thinking on. Great job with narration by Meghan Kelly

Emotionally powerful story
Though some of the sex scenes were a bit much for me, I really enjoyed this story. It is so full of so many emotions. I thought the story was going in a completely different direction, but I was so happy with the way it ended.
B.L. Berry's writing is fantastic - the humor, the emotions, and some of her descriptions are wonderful. I found myself wanting to write down many of them.
I listened to the audio version and the narrator, Meghan Kelly, did a fantastic job bringing the story to life. I really felt like I was inside Elyse's head and sharing in her experiences.
I would definitely read more by this author. Powerful writing.

What a wonderful story!
This book is different from what I usually read or listen. This romance is deeper, more intense and so well written! Simon was perfect until he is not so perfect anymore. Elyse is strong and she deserves her HEA. Great listening.
Meghan Kelly did an amazing job. This is not an easy story to narrate and she managed to convey the different emotions and made me feel as if I was "seeing" it all!

Didn't see a lot of that coming!
Where does An Unforgivable Love Story rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
It was a good audiobook. The narrator did a good job, just not one of the best that I've heard. It was interesting how they did the characters own thoughts by making it sound a little farther away.
What did you like best about this story?
That I didn't see most of this story coming. I love when stories can completely surprise me.
Did Meghan Kelly do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?
Honestly, it wasn't the best that I've heard but it wasn't the worst. I think she did the best that she could.
Any additional comments?
I really liked how messy this love story is. Not all relationships work out or it takes a lot of hard work to make them last. It was nice to see that portrayed in a story.

Unforgivable for sure!
Oh Lord! I don't where to begin! When I read the title 'An Unforgivable Love Story' I thought: 'What could be so unforgivable?' Believe me, this title does the book right!
We meet Elise - a single woman struggling to get over her last relationship tradegy and a new relationship is the last thing on her list. She meets Simon at a bar, takes him to her home for a one-night-stand. Simon wants to see her again and she hesitantly agrees. They start dating and eventually falls in love and then the story takes a new turn. You have NO idea!
This a not a love story as we know it. It is full of secrets, lies and betray. You have no idea what you're in for and you'll have a couple of WTF-!!-moments. This was just a brilliant experience. You're taken for an emotional rollercoaster and later at the day I had to hide in the bedroom (from my family) to keep listening!
B. L. Berry plays with your mind and feelings. She'll get you laughing in one moment, and leave you angry in the next! She can write! The story is so alive and well-written that you think you're just beside the main characters. Other characters chim in and they are well developed as well. The worst thing is, that I was sympathizing with all the main characters - I get it. I get why they did what they did. It doesn't make it right and that's not the point either. I found a new favorite author!
'An Unforgivable Love Story' is a story most of us can relate to. This is a real life story and we all know, that there's no happily-ever-after - we just wish there were. This story doesn't happen to all of us, but sometimes to someone we know or heard about. Something unforgivable!
Narrator Meghan Kelly did an exellent job once again - I just love her and she's in my TOP TEN list of favorite narrators. I love the way how she pull of a steamy, sexy male voice. It makes me feel 17 again! I love her different tonal twists in her voice and I hope she'll narrrate the rest of this authors books and many others, as well. This is the second book I'm listening to of hers and I'm eager to pick up the next one.
