great combo package

The story and narration were both good. It is a harem book but thankfully the sex scenes are limited and don't detract from the story. I think it is a bit above average for the genre and enjoyed listening to it.

MC is an ass and too much porn

good story, but the conceded, always perfect MC was a bit over the top and there was a little too much porn for me. I suppose I just like to watch my porn instead, so I'm not saying I'm too good for porn, just a strange place for it in my book. I kept waiting for the MC to have to deal with multiple pregnancies - or to lose in any way really - to lessen his bravado a bit... Anyway, still a really good deal and a good story, it just could have been better.

Great bang for your buck!

This was a fantastic long listen for just one credit. The two voice actors always deliver. The story was great and kept my attention for the few days it took to listen to the story. There are some spicy scenes, but definitely not over the top. Lots of great action scenes and the writing is pretty great. Great character development. Other reviews mention the MC constantly boasting on how great he is, it’s definitely annoying, but it didn’t overshadow the quality of the three books for the one credit. I’d highly recommend!

The greatest archer ever…

If you don’t believe me just listen to the MC he says so every third sentence in the first book. However, he “becomes more humble” in the second and third books and therefore only mentions how awesome his skills are only two or three times a chapter in the third book. Typical high elf I guess.

That being said it is still a pretty good listen and if you can get past a megalomaniac Legolas then you might like it too.

Was good till chapter 34. Author completely ruined the character dynamics.

Honestly was good till the author went full smut mode just for the sake of being erotic, which completely ruined the entire dynamic of the characters. Absolutely garbage.
