I was disappointed that a lot of the meals included meats. I wish I knew it before hand do I would look for a veggie option diet , but there are some good recipes.

Don't expect anything but recipes
Although I was aware the book contained recipes I was mainly hoping for advice on specific food, exercises , meditation etc. although the book begins with an explanation of stress hormones and even a way to check your level of adrenal fatigue at home, after listing helpful foods and nutrition advise it quickly goes over to recipes. Which , I don't know about you, but I find easier to follow when read vs heard. I'm sure the recipes are good but I'm not up for repeatedly rewinding this book on audiable while at supermarket or cooking.
Too little advise, too many recipes. Should be advertised as a cookbook only.
Also wish her claims in terms of food and when to have carbs would be refers back to actual studies.

I suffer from the adrenal fatigue, or as they call it 21st century stress syndrome, and I have been on various diets and none of them helped, until I tried Adrenal Reset Diet. This audiobook is not only about recipes, it is very informative, I found out everything I need to know about adrenal fatigue. There are also advice on how to change not only your diet but entire lifestyle. Btw, some recipes are delicious and it is not hard at all to follow the diet program. High recommendation for this audiobook!
