This book was very well narrated which madeit much better. It is an interesting story not what I expected and the 🔥🔥🔥🔥 sex was very much appreciated. Emy Rose did annoy me at times but I got over it. It is worth a credit. I assume there will be more Las Vegas Boys to come. Enjoy

SHE ACED IT WITH THIS HOT ROLLER-COASTER RIDE

Ace is a handsome sexy Casino owner.. however that's not his real name coz this bad boy's bloodied roots comes from Mafia men - he's left that life far behind him and has cleaned up his act.. but he's still a bossy alpha. Ace is loving his life of 15 minute quickie hookups in deserted hallways taking his pick from the beautiful bevy of women who works or plays in his Casino.. and one night he chooses a leggy Cocktail Waitress that's taken his fancy.. only the feisty female quickly rejects his advances and casually dismisses him. This cocky self-assured 27 yr old bad boy has never heard the word "no" before and that intrigues the hell out of him.. and later he will meet her again.. later he will thoroughly f'k her.. later he will become obsessed with her.. later he will fall hopelessly in love with her.. and later he will save her life.. as well as her soul.

Emmy Rose has put her 22 yr old life on hold and has come to Vegas because her estranged sister is in a coma and if Emmy isn't working then she's by her sister's bedside clutching on to a lifeless hand.. and hope. She hasn't got time for men or distractions - but when one such droolworthy distraction approaches her (with a look that promised much more) Emmy is very very tempted. Unfortunately for her all too willing libido, Emmy is on the clock and needs to keep her well paying job so she brushes the sexy stranger off.. and later she'll meet him again at a high stakes game.. later she won't say no.. later she'll learn his name.. later there will be passion-fuelled mind blowing sex.. and later she will be swept off her feet. But later there will be shocks that'll shake her world, secrets that'll need to be uncovered, twists that'll leave her reeling, a kidnapping that'll put her life in danger, her sister will wake with one name on her lips.. and Emmy Rose will have to learn to trust.. as well as love.

Right from the start this shamelessly arrogant stubborn bad boy charmed me and, as the chapters flew by, he wowed and wooed me too with his caring ways, his determination, his tenderness and his sweet sweet heart that wouldn't give up and wouldn't let go. Emmy was a bit erratic with her emotions after all she'd been through in her life and she needed someone strong to hope with, change for and trust. The getting there wouldn't be an easy journey though and, at times, she p'd me off because of her wish-washy attitude towards Ace. Lots of sweaty needy sex because these two were like rabbits, passion, promises, angst, drama from Ace's greedy dangerous nemesis and both the h/h had a tight group of supportive loveable friends. It was insta most things, as well as fictional fantasy.. and I ate every morsel up because, for me, it was continually compelling, deliciously developed and temptingly told. Perfect narration once again from Joe and Maxine who both know how to bring stories to life and make them pop.

Worth a credit? Yes it definitely would've been - but this little temptation was just under $10 so I just bought it and I'll use my credit on a higher priced listen.. which may not be as enjoyable, as entertaining and as addictive as this one was. A dual POV storyline where a broken woman meets a damaged man who picks up her pieces, cherishes each one, holds her and them tight.. and never ever lets go. Now I'm happily moving on to English bad boy Landon's story.

ACE IS ONE HOT BOSSMAN!!!

Frankie Love doesn't waste anytime getting to the heat and lust in this story! It's definitely an instant love story with some really STEAMY, HOT, SEXY, sex scenes, and SURPRISING PLOT TWISTS!

Ace is one hot alpha casino owner who's considered a bad boy, and womanizer. When he sees Emmy, he's determined to make her his. Emmy's a waitress at the casino who's working hard to protect someone. When these two come together it's explosive, hot and full of need. They both have a past that will collide and cross paths. Frankie delivers a story full of heat, drama, angst, suspense, and twist that will take you by surprise.

Joe Arden and Maxine Mitchell always deliver a stellar performance! These two narrators ROCK, and know how to bring all the emotions to life! I loved their performance!

I'm not crazy about instant love stories, and this one is definitely an instant love story. However, I loved the attraction between the characters, the plot twists, and ALL the erotic sex scenes. This was my first story by Frankie, and I know it won't be my last. This was an awesome KU/whispersync deal!

Slow Down Buddy!!

Lets just say this book didn't leave anything to imagination. Everything is Wham Bam Thank you Mamn'! I need more of a slow burn and this was too fast for me. Other than that a good enough listen with great narrators.

Family Is A Choice

From the first moment Ace and Emmy met sparks ignited the air between them. And that instant attraction is the pull that kept me voraciously listening to this book. These two got every room they were in hot and steamy. They each have family issues that play into the plot and draw them to each other. There were so many interesting things going on that even with all of the hot sex between Ace and Emmy you had to really pay attention to keep up with the subplots and other relationships. I'm looking forward to the stories of the other bad boys. This is my first book by Frankie Love and I have already purchased the second book in this series.

Joe and Maxine did an amazing job narrating this book. It was a very enjoyable listen for me. I sincerely hope they are narrating other books in this series.

Definitely worth a credit and multiple listens. Can't wait to listen to the other books in this series.

Holy cow! Hot!

This was a really great audiobook to listen to, with two of the best narrators out there! The story of a mafia son trying to go legit and the cocktail waitress who catches his eye and his heart was so entertaining. Complicated by her comatose sister and a nasty gangster, (plus three of his best friends and two of hers). There are a lot of sex scenes that are very graphic, just saying. Looking forward to the next book in this series and already bought the audiobook!

Stopped listening about 5 hrs in

I was drawn into this book by the description. The story I got was not what I was expecting and in a bad way. I got about 5 or so hours in and just stopped listening because I didn’t really care how the story or the characters were going to end. I felt like scenes and the plot were repetitive and the story wasn’t really going anywhere.

Potential Spoilers

I know its fiction and romances move fast, but the male playboy falling in love practically over night didn’t seem realistic. There isn’t a lot of charter building, just the same drama over and over.

The female lead was the most annoying character. She is very back and forth over her feelings for the male. She says she’s done then he comes around to screw her and she is back with him only to run away again. I also don’t think it’s practical that the male lead gets rejected repeatedly and keeps coming back. Then there is the whole drama with her coma induced sister and the relationship the male lead ‘might’ have with her. Like if they sit down and talked rather than have sex things would be much more clear between them.

One thing that became annoying because it felt really repetitive was that it seamed every sex scene began with a BJ and how much she just loooovvvvveeeessss his dick. I don’t know any women that are that into it and feel that the guys dick can solve world problems. I’m not saying don’t have them in there, but something that is generally geared more towards women shouldn’t have soooo much focus to it, but that’s just my opinion.

All in all I became really board with the story and lost interest. I feel like the characters could have taken more time to build the tension between them and get to know each other better before having sex. It could have solved some of the issues the characters were facing. I was really looking forward to starting the series, but after this book I’m not going to use more credits to find out how his friends romantic lives are going to end.

One good thing about it was the performance. I really like duel narrative and feel that it helps distinguish the characters when in their POV.
