First Time mom!
The moment I heard about the process of becoming a mom for the first time, I felt connected and at peace. The story shows how exciting it is to see a positive pregnancy test and how many feelings come after. Excellent, Straightforward Pregnancy Guide
“A First-Time Mom's Blueprint for Pregnancy" is a terrific little guidebook that is easy and breezy to read yet thoughtful and packed with tons of essential information. Each chapter lays out a week-by-week guide to what's happening in your body and how your baby grows and develops as each week goes by. I liked that these updates describe the baby's development and give an idea of what a new mom-to-be can expect, physically, mentally, and emotionally - as well as notes on warning signs to watch out for. Beyond the weekly updates, author Emily Bennett details the topics pregnant women need most. For example, there's a detailed morning sickness survival guide, what to expect from prenatal doctor visits (from the first visit to typical second-trimester tests), and an in-depth discussion of pregnancy nutrition and how to work with your food cravings - instead of against them! In addition, the book includes a guide to pregnancy skincare, advice about exercise and activity while pregnant, strategies to choose a baby name, how to bond with your unborn baby through music, drafting a birth plan, nesting, and more.
Another thing I liked about this book was its focus on mental and emotional well-being throughout pregnancy, with solid advice on navigating and managing some common prenatal stress triggers. This book doesn't stop at the baby's birthday, including even more helpful advice about recognizing postpartum depression, caring for and connecting with your new baby, and the nitty gritty basics of infant care, from diapering, bathing, and carrying to breastfeeding. Whether this is your first pregnancy and you need to learn it all from scratch, or it's your second or third and you want a little refresher on what to expect each month, this nifty guidebook covers everything you need to know, and it will be a great little companion to have by your side throughout your pregnancy. This book is nicely structured, easy to read and understand, and provides information pregnant people will find relevant, interesting, and actually helpful.

Great audiobook. Found it to be well-written and very interesting. Great research was done on it. I believe it's an audio that anyone entering into pregnancy needs. It's like having a best friend by your side. I have not experienced pregnancy, but I am ready for it if it does happen. Week-by-week views of what to expect. Highly recommended!

Very helpful and filled with guidance
I found this book to be spot on. I read it with my wife for our second pregnancy, and it helped me remember things from the first time that i completely forgot. It's filled with all types of information to help you navigate all the twists and turns of this beautiful and challenging miracle.
