Lacks information about the actual 5 Bite Diet
If you would like to find out more about the 5 Bite Diet, I would suggest you buy the actual book "Why Weight Around? Changing The Weight Loss Strategy" by Alwin Lewis MD. Unfortunately, this book is barely about the actual diet and does not provide enough information from the actual book. In fact, I think some of the information presented in this book is contradictory from what the diet actually states. This book is really not very helpful.
