Stephen Sullivan Cohen is a well-known American journalist and theater critic, born in Washington, D.C. He has always been passionate about fiction and psychology and has dedicated his entire life to these two disciplines. After graduating with a degree in psychology, Stephen embarked on a satisfying career as a journalist and theater critic, which was abruptly derailed by his father's premature death as a result of stress, anxiety, and overworking. This event shocked Stephen to the point that he quit his job. After this traumatic event, the author began to try his hand at writing as a method of psychological self-therapy. As he continued to write and use his stories in the first person, he soon realized the positive effects writing can have on the human mind, and decided to offer his work to the public. Stephen's stories are crafted with a special mission: to allow the people who read or listen to them to find serenity and positivity after the difficult year just passed. Thanks to his positive and joyful messages, you will be able to eliminate negative thoughts and strengthen your self-esteem and self-confidence. Even during periods of greater tension, when sleep is overwhelmed by worries, you, too, will be able to relax, rest, and recover energy.
