MikaShavon is the author of many quick reads under 5 minutes, plus Mr. Dubockal; which was her first published book. 2020-2021 was a year of chaos and frustration worldwide, however, a special gift was birthed during the pandemic for MikaShavon. She finished her first published short story and is stoked about releasing her second short story at the end of 2022. While in talk therapy throughout the pandemic, MikaShavon’s therapist suggested concentrating on writing as a form of stress & anxious release. With that push, Mr. Dubockal’s character was born. This short story is about one man who is viewed by his peers and foes as either a great community leader or a scumbag.
