Jack Gilman

Jack Gilman has experienced first-hand how beliefs, attitudes, and mindset influence performance. After competing in sports such as golf for many years, Gilman went on to study and research the way that mental attitudes and self-discipline shape an individual. He left sports to start a new career with the aim of using his experience to help people understand their true drivers and capabilities and to have fair and successful conversations with themselves and others. He also works as a mental coach for entrepreneurs leading them to grow their business by executing more consistently and efficiently. Married to Rebecca, he lives in Bristol with their three young children. He uses his spare time to keep fit and writing books.
