Eric is the co-author of The Pathfinder's Journey, co-host of the On Purpose Investor podcast, and a real estate investor in the Atlanta suburbs. He left his career as a high school band director to focus on their rental portfolio and the On Purpose Investor business. He is an active member of the Georgia National Guard where he continues his musical career as a bandsmen. He enjoys helping others find their path to financial independence, playing guitar and singing in the church worship band, spending time with his family, and home renovation projects.
